IBM to face antitrust complaint from mainframe maker
T3 will be filing a complaint with the European Commission citing that IBM is making it impossible for hardware vendors to sell mainframes, because it ties its OS to its own hardware. Formerly in this complaint was Platform Solutions, which IBM bought.
