IBM Strikes Back at Neon

Comparing it to the cable TV hackers, IBM has filed a 37 page response and counter-claim to the suit filed by Neon. The argument is that Neon is violating their intellectual property, encouraging customers to ignore their contracts with IBM and puts IBM both in a serious situation from a financial loss perspective, but also the loss of good will.
