Early Mainframe Art

Japanese artist Hiroshi Kawano, one of the first in the world to use the giant mainframe computers of the 1960s to create art, has donated his unique archives to a museum in southern Germany. Now, considered an easy way of doing art, computers in the 60's were challenging no matter what you did. Interesting use of a mainframe.
